Ghost Car Police Chase Video

Garden City police crusier video of a mysterious car chase where a white car dissapears and re-appears and then apparently evades capture by driving "through" a fence without damaging it!

I'd love to know if this is genuine or just simply a case of the video camera not capturing the entire picture.
